लखनऊ, SBKI News ब्यूरो। उत्तर प्रदेश के लाखों विद्यार्थियों के लिए राहत भरी खबर है। प्राविधिक शिक्षा विभाग ने निजी क्षेत्र के डिग्री स्तर के इंजीनियरिंग व प्रोफेशनल संस्थानों में संचालित बीबीए (BBA) और बीसीए (BCA) कोर्स की वार्षिक मानक फीस 54,100 रुपये निर्धारित कर दी है। यह फीस शैक्षिक सत्र 2025-26 (एक वर्ष) के लिए लागू होगी। विभाग के आदेश के बाद अब निजी कॉलेज मनचाही फीस नहीं वसूल सकेंगे।
सरकार की ओर से जारी आदेश में साफ किया गया है कि निजी व्यावसायिक शैक्षणिक संस्थाओं में प्रवेश और फीस नियमन से जुड़ी व्यवस्थाओं के तहत यह फैसला लिया गया है। इससे पहले प्रवेश और फीस नियमन समिति की 29 अगस्त 2025 को हुई बैठक में BBA और BCA कोर्स की फीस पर निर्णय प्रस्तावित किया गया था। अब शासन ने उस प्रस्ताव पर अंतिम मुहर लगा दी है।
फीस निर्धारण की पूरी प्रक्रिया उत्तर प्रदेश निजी व्यावसायिक शैक्षणिक संस्था (प्रवेश का विनियमन और फीस का नियतन) अधिनियम-2006, गठन नियमावली-2008 तथा विनियमावली-2015 के प्रावधानों के तहत पूरी की गई है। संयुक्त सचिव प्रभाकर चंद्र मिश्र के अनुसार तय की गई यह मानक फीस केवल सत्र 2025-26 के लिए लागू होगी। इसके बाद अगले शैक्षिक सत्र के लिए समीक्षा की जा सकती है।
अब तक राज्य के कई निजी संस्थान BBA और BCA में 45,000 से 70,000 रुपये प्रति वर्ष तक फीस वसूल रहे थे। एक ही कोर्स के लिए अलग-अलग शहरों व कॉलेजों में भारी फीस अंतर की वजह से छात्र और अभिभावक परेशान थे। नई मानक फीस लागू होने से ऐसे संस्थानों की मनमानी पर प्रभावी रोक लगेगी और छात्रों को एक पारदर्शी फीस स्ट्रक्चर मिलेगा।Dainik Jagran
सरकार का मानना है कि इस निर्णय से मध्यवर्ग और निम्न-मध्यवर्ग के विद्यार्थियों को खास राहत मिलेगी, जो अब तक महंगी फीस के कारण BBA–BCA जैसे प्रोफेशनल कोर्स से दूर हो जाते थे। साथ ही, यह कदम कुशल मैनेजमेंट और आईटी प्रोफेशनल तैयार करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण साबित हो सकता है।

In a major relief for students and parents across Uttar Pradesh, the Department of Technical Education has officially fixed the annual standard fee for BBA and BCA courses at Rs 54,100 in private degree-level engineering and professional institutions for the 2025-26 academic session. This standard fee will apply for one year and aims to curb arbitrary fee hikes by private colleges.
According to the government order, the decision has been taken under the framework governing admissions and fee regulation in private professional educational institutions. The matter was first discussed in a meeting of the Admissions and Fee Regulatory Committee held on 29 August 2025, where a proposal on BBA and BCA fee structure was put forward. The state government has now given final approval to that proposal.
The fee fixation process has been completed under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2006, the 2008 Formation Rules, and the 2015 Regulations. As per Joint Secretary Prabhakar Chandra Mishra, this standard fee of Rs 54,100 is applicable only for the 2025-26 session, and the structure may be reviewed for subsequent years based on prevailing conditions.
Until now, several private institutions in the state were charging between Rs 45,000 and Rs 70,000 per year for the same BBA and BCA programmes. The wide variation in fees for identical courses across different colleges and cities had become a serious concern for students and guardians. With the new standard fee in place, the government expects to effectively check such arbitrary practices and ensure a transparent, predictable fee structure for professional undergraduate courses.
The move is particularly significant for middle-class and lower-middle-class families, many of whom were forced to drop the idea of BBA or BCA due to high annual fees. By rationalising the cost, the state aims to widen access to professional education, especially in fields like management and computer applications, which are critical for employability and industry-ready skills in the digital economy.
